My Love for all things natural goes without saying, isn’t it? I feel there is power in raw. The more you want to hide away the raw the more you want to make it futile.
These days I am really enjoying doing two things to my skin :
1.) Using fresh lotus flower paste to mask my skin. Ah! Obsessed with how bright it makes me look after.
2.) Using The De Mamiel Brightening cleanse and Exfoliate to cleanse and mask my facial skin.
Today, let’s talk about this De Mamiel luxurious beauty that I picked up from Cult Beauty. I love reading about new beauty products because that gives me an idea as to how to make amazing concoctions at home. I am good at deciphering ingredient labels.
When I stumbled upon De Mamiel ‘s Brightening cleanse powder, by chance, I was in awe of the ingredient list. The powder is a genius mixture of oh so many herbs, Vitamin C powder, rose flower powder, Himalayan cedarwood, sandalwood, silica, valnilla bean, gotukola powder, marshmallow stem powder, ginseng, horsetail stem powder, the list goes on and on.
I had to have it! Full Stop!
The Brightening powder needs to be mixed with water to make a paste, I do not recommend you to waste this beauty by just using it to cleanse your face for minute and then washing it all away! Don’t do that! I usually mask with the cleansing powder. I keep the sweet chocolate smelling mask on for about 40 minutes while bathing my body.
Post washing my face, my pores look invisible not that they are very visible but they shrink further and I look like a doll! I do! The mask will be drying for them vata skin (dry skin). So you use a moisturizer after. I have kapha skin and I do not use anything to moisturize. Either my skin stays raw or I use RMS (my makeup).
I think I am going to use De Mamiel forever because I love it so much.
I love you guys!
Thanks for reading.
