Veganism is intoxicating. I didn’t become a vegan overnight, it took me years and years dissecting, every food I ate, and documenting my body, hair and skin’s response to food.
You know I first discovered Moringa in the year 2017 through Rujuta Diwekar’s book “Indian Superfoods. Back then, I often read about skin clearing food randomly on the internet and wound up disappointed every-time because random internet was/is junk and none of the exotic food items mentioned on random internet search ever worked.
My Love for all things natural goes without saying. I feel there is power in raw. The more you want to hide away the raw the more you want to make it futile.
